Abstract
ABSTRACT Recitation is a learning activity to invite us to understand and deepen Islamic teachings.. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Religiosity and Conformity on Intention to Attend Recitation. This research is quantitative research. The subjects in this research were 80 people from the Poncol village in Bekasi. The data collection method in this research uses a psychological scale, namely a religiosity scale with a reliability Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.915, a conformity scale with a reliability Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.927 and a scale of intention to attend recitations with a reliability Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.883. The results of the study showed that there was a significant negative relationship between religiosity and the intention to attend religious studies with a Pearson Correlation value of r = 0,365, p = 0.000 (p<0.05) Ha was accepted. Furthermore, a significant negative relationship between conformity and intention to take part in recitation with r = 0,471, p = 0.000 (p<0.05) Ha is accepted. The results of the multiple linear regression test for religiosity show the calculated F value = 1361.467. With a significance level of 0.000b<0.05, which means that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, or in other words, there is a significant influence between religiosity and conformity on the intention to attend recitations in the Poncol village congregation, Bekasi City.
