Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence on creativity, training on creativity and the influence between the two variables of competence and training on the creativity of teachers of SDN Sudimara Timur 2. This study uses a quantitative method. The data obtained from observations, questionnaires, literature studies with sampling using the saturated sampling technique amounted to 44 people. For data analysis, statistical tests and calculations were used to analyze multiple regression calculated using the Statistic Product and Service Solution 26 (SPSS 26) program. Based on the results of the analysis of the F (Anova) test, F count (59.464) and F table (3.22) and with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the competency and training variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the creativity of teachers of SDN Sudimara Timur 2. The results of the t-test showed that the competency and training variables had a positive and significant effect, namely with a significant level of competence of 0.000 < 0.05 and training of 0.005 < 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.
