Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of changes in tax rates, tax socialization programs, understanding of SAK EMKM and modernization of the tax administration system on taxpayer compliance in Bekasi Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis and processed using the IMB SPSS Version 25 program. The data taken in this research is primary data from the results of the questionnaire. The population was taken from MSME taxpayers in Bekasi Regency. Sampling used the No-Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method. The results of this research show that changes in tax rates and tax socialization programs do not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while understanding SAK EMKM and modernization of the tax administration system have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
