Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance, and Good Corporate Governance on Company Value. The type of research used is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange or each company that is the research sample. The data analysis method used in this study consists of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (r2), model feasibility test (f test), and hypothesis test (t test) using the SPSS version 22 application. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 100 samples for 4 years from 27 basic material sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period. The results of the study showed that corporate social responsibility had a negative effect on company value, financial performance had a positive effect on company value, and an independent board of commissioners had a negative effect on company value. In general, it can be concluded from the three independent variables studied, one independent variable that has a significant positive effect is financial performance. It is hoped that further researchers can add other variables that have an influence on company value. Bibliography: 45 (1969 - 2023)
