Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between Motivation, Internal Communication and Work Environment on PT Kiswire Indonesia Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Kiswire Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 60 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. Primary data in the research was collected through questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26, while the regression coefficient significance test in this study uses the t-test and F-test to see the suitability of the model. The research results show that motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Kiswire Indonesia employees ( 1 = 0.230; t-count = 3.799; sig = 0.000). Internal communication has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Kiswire Indonesia employees ( 2 = 0.216; t-count =4.998; sig = 0.000). Meanwhile, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Kiswire Indonesia employees ( 3 = 0.404; t-count = 3.767; sig = 0.001). Variations in employee performance can be explained by motivation, internal communication and work environment by 58.9%, the remainder is influenced by other factors not included in the regression analysis.
