Abstract

Fauzi Sholeh Yasin (NPM: 41189901220028). Evaluation of the Implementation Program for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project at SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi City. Thesis Proposal for Islamic Education Management Master's Program, Islamic University 45, Bekasi City. The Merdeka Curriculum in 2024 has been implemented nationally. by prioritizing learning that develops soft skills and character, namely the Implementation Program for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), focusing on essential material, and flexible learning. The Pancasila Student Profile is a form of translating national education goals and directing educational policies for educators in building the character and competence of students. This research aims to evaluate the implementation program for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMPN 4 Bekasi City. The research uses a qualitative evaluative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Product Evaluation). This evaluation was carried out to understand the extent to which the program succeeded in achieving its goal of forming student character in accordance with Pancasila values. The method used in this research is a qualitative evaluation method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with teachers, students and school staff, as well as through direct observation and document analysis. The research results show that this program has had a positive impact on the formation of students' character, such as increasing national and state awareness, increasing a sense of tolerance, and strengthening the attitude of mutual cooperation. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as lack of parental involvement, limited resources, and obstacles to implementing a more comprehensive curriculum. The conclusion of this research is that the program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMPN 4 Bekasi City is generally running well, but requires further improvement and support to achieve more optimal results. Recommendations given include increasing training for teachers, more active involvement of parents, and providing adequate resources to support this program.
