Abstract
ABSTRACT Strategy of the Head of Schools in Dealing with Negotiations Through Roots Program in High Schools State 11 Bekasi East Siti Rochaya Master of Islamic Education Management bunda.siti469@gmail.com This study looks at how the head of the school handles Bullying s by implementing the Roots program in the 11th Bekaisi State High School. To deal with the issue of Bullying in the school environment, a comprehensive and sustainable approach is needed. As an anti-Bullying organization, the Roots Program has become a major focus in creating a safe and inclusive school environment. The study uses a qualitative approach to case studies. Data was collected through live observations and analysis of school documents, as well as in-depth interviews with the head of the school, teachers, students, and parents. The research focuses on the types and causes of lawmakers, the head of the school's strategy in implementing the Roots program, and how the impact of the implementation of Roots programs in schools. The results of the research show that some important steps that the head of school can take to implement the Roots program are as follows: (1) make a comprehensive anti-debat policy, (2) provide intensive training to teachers and staff, (3) encourage students to be a change, (4) participate actively with parents and the community, (5) include anti-discussive values in the curriculum, and (6) regularly evaluate and modify the program. With a 55% decrease in consultation cases, increased students' awareness of consultation, and the overall improvement of the school environment, the Roots program showed favorable results. This research finds that strong leadership and the approach planned by the head of the school are crucial to the success of the anti-Bullying program. These results helped educational practitioners and policymakers to create and implement similar programs elsewhere. Keywords: Head School Strategy; Bullying; Roots Program
