ANALYSIS OF ISLAMIC LAW IN WAJIBAH WILL CASES AGAINST BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN OF DIFFERENT RELIGIONS (Study of Bekasi Religious Court Decision Number: 0105/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Bks.) Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyyah Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University "45" Bekasi, 1446 H/2024 AD. This research aims to find out, understand and analyze what is the basis for the consideration of the Panel of Judges in the Decision of the Bekasi Religious Court Number 0105/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Bks in deciding will cases obligatory for children of different religions. And to know the basis of Islamic law in this decision. This research uses a normative type of qualitative research, using an approach to judge's decisions and legislation to then examine various legal aspects related to legal issues and refers to legal norms contained in statutory regulations and court decisions. The data collection technique in this research is carried out through tracing documentation by studying, understanding and analyzing a particular object with the aim of obtaining conclusions regarding the object or documents studied. The research results show that in Decision Number 0105/Pdt.p/2021/PA.Bks the Panel of Judges complies with the 2018 Supreme Court Jurisprudence in the Field of Civil Religion Part A No, 1/Yur/Ag/2018. This compliance also contains an expansion of the scope of mandatory will provisions in the Compilation of Islamic Law. Keywords: Islamic Law, Wajibah Will, Non-Muslim Heirs.
