Abstract
The purpose of this research is used to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress and work communication on the performance of PT Cipta Baja Mandiri employees. This research method uses a quantitative method, research was carried out at PT Cipta Baja Mandiri as many as 56 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple regression with the statistical producy and service solution (SPSS) version 24 program. The results of statistical research tests show that the results of anova (test F) with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 then the value of work discipline variables, work stress and work communication have a common effect on employee performance-dependent variables. These results show that the t result is 2,345 and the t table is 1,674 with n=56 and df=n-k (56-3=53). Therefore 2,354 > 1,674 and a sig value of 0.022 < 0.05, it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. This result states that the result is 2,055 and the table is 1,674 with n=56 and df=n-k (56-3=53). Therefore 2,055 > 1,674 and sig value. 0.045 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. This result states that the count is 4,266 and the table is 1,674 with n=56 and df=n-k (56-3=53). Therefore 4,266 > 1,674 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work communication has a significant effect on employee performance.
