Abstract

ABSTRACT The era of digitalization which is growing rapidly at this time has an impact on the implementation of internet-based government services. Related to the large number of Corruption Collusion Nepotism (KKN) in public services, therefore many government agencies have made new breakthroughs, especially in DKI Jakarta, issued the Application Alpukat Betawi (Fast and Accurate Direct Access) which was created by the DKI Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Service to facilitate population administration services and document issuance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Application Alpukat Betawi, analyze the comparison before and after the Application Alpukat Betawi and public perceptions regarding the implementation of the Application Alpukat Betawi. This study uses a qualitative method. Data acquisition technique using observation, in-depth interviews through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Application Alpukat Betawi, launched by the DKI Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Service is still not optimal in its implementation where at the village level to the official tribe has not yet disseminated this application to the public. Before and after the Application Alpukat Betawi, the level of awareness of population administration slowly began to increase. People expect more socialization, application integrity should not be too many applications, but one application can be used for all the needs of the people of DKI Jakarta, especially residents of East Jakarta.
