Abstract

Trip generation is a number of trips that arise from a zone or region in a certain time period. The number of trips depends greatly on the level of activity occurring in the city or region. The activities of residents in Tarumajaya District vary greatly, depending on social, economic and cultural backgrounds. Many residents have micro businesses such as grocery stores, food stalls, workshops or other services. Apart from that, a number of residents work at school as teachers and students, using various means of transportation such as motorbikes, cars or public transportation. The method used in this research to analyze population movement generation modeling in Kebon Kelapa Village, Segara Makmur Village is using the Multiple Linear Regression Method. The results of this study show that the characteristics of population movement generation in Kebon Kelapa Village, Segara Makmur Village with the dependent variable age (Y1) are influenced by the number of family members (X2), monthly income (X5), and transportation used daily (X9), resulting in The best model for predicting movement generation is Y1 = 3.755 + 0.277 X2 + 0.153 and the dependent variable gender (Y2) is influenced by family relationships (X1), and the transportation used (X9) produces the best model for predicting movement generation is Y2 = 1.431 + 0.193 X1 + 0.074 X9 with an R2 (R Square) value of 0.281. Modeling the movement generation of Kp Kebon Kelapa, Segara Makmur Bekasi Village, the highest is movement with a destination of 14% to North Jakarta, 30% aged 15 – 25 years, 70% high school graduates, 41% earning Rp. 2,500,000 – Rp. 5,000,000, 32% work as private employees, 44% have 4 family members.
