Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, environmental performance and financial performance on company value in basic material sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange un the 2021-2023 period. The method used in this study is quantitative. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports obtained from the websites of each company. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 33 companies. The analysis method used is panel data analysis, using E-views software. The result of this study indicate that corporate social responsibility disclosure has a negative effect on company value, environmental performance has positive effect on company value, and financial performance has a positive effect on company value.
