Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, education level, and business age on the financial management of MSMEs in Bekasi City. The research method used is quantitative, with primary data collected through questionnaires via Google Forms. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the data analysis method involves systematic data collection and organization. Based on the data analysis conducted using IBM SPSS 26, several conclusions were drawn. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of MSMEs, indicating that an increase in financial literacy improves financial management. The education level also positively and significantly influences MSME financial management, showing that higher education levels can enhance financial management capabilities. Additionally, business age positively and significantly affects MSME financial management, meaning that the longer a business operates, the better its financial management. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial literacy, education level, and business age collectively explain 65.0% of the variation in MSME financial management, while the remaining 35.0% is influenced by other factors
