Abstract
Bogor Regency has significant variations in levels of development between sub-districts and villages. Many villages in Bogor Regency are still experiencing difficulties in achieving an independent level of development. The One Billion One Village (Samisade) Program is based on Regent Regulation Number. 83 of 2020 gives the Village Government priority to finance various infrastructure development activities. One example is Gunung Putri village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency which shows great potential as a major industrial center in the region with the presence of large companies. However, inadequate infrastructure is a major obstacle for village governments and village communities. The aim of this research is to analyze implementation and perceptions related to the implementation of the One Billion One Village Program through Regent Regulation Number 83 of 2020 in Gunung Putri Village, Bogor Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The theory used in this research is policy implementation theory from David C. Korten. The research results show that the implementation of the one billion one village program in Gunung Putri Village has succeeded in supporting infrastructure development by involving the active participation of the community and the Activity Implementation Team. Gunung Putri Village uses financial assistance to build telecommunications towers according to needs because it can realize the village's digitalization progress that is aspired to.
