Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR), on Return to Assets (ROA) simultaneously and partially in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The research method used is descriptive statistical testing. This type of research is quantitative and the data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method with the number of research samples that meet the criteria in 3 years of taking. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the Net Interest Margin (NIM) variable on Return On Asset (ROA) at the Bank. On NPL, there is a significant influence between the Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable and Return On Asset (ROA) at the Bank. And there is a significant influence between the Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) variable on Return On Asset (ROA) at Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. Based on the results of the analysis of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR). Together they have a significant influence on Return On Asset (ROA) at Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2022-2022.
