Abstract

Strategy is a step that can be taken by individuals or organizations, in the process of achieving the objectives of the strategy taking steps such as determining long-term goals and objectives, using a series of actions and allocating the resources needed to achieve these goals, Chandler. Based on the three steps of implementing the strategy, if implemented properly, it can achieve maximum results The goals and objectives of the service have an important role as the main reference in service planning. A goal is something that will be achieved or produced within a period of 1 to 5 years. The goal is set by referring to the vision and mission statements and is based on issues and strategic environmental analysis. The goal directs the formulation of strategies, policies, programs, and activities in order to realize the Mission and Vision. The purpose of this study is to analyze what strategies are carried out in improving the quality of public services of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bekasi Regency and to analyze the obstacles faced in achieving excellent service at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bekasi Regency. The method used is the Descriptive Qualitative Method. Results As a Formulation and Long-Term Target, Strategy of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bekasi Regency The related service must continue to maximize its goals and objectives in achieving the target. In the Selection of Actions, the Strategy of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bekasi Regency must still maximize its services to the community regarding excellent service. In Resource Allocation, the Strategy of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bekasi Regency must continue to evaluate the current situation.
