Abstract

Abstract Name : Dhamira Syahna Trisnandya NPM : 41182109180131 Title : Application of Student Facilitator And Explaining Model to Improve Science Learning Outcomes in Elementary Schools This study aims to determine the use of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) learning model in improving science learning outcomes for high school students in elementary schools. Problems that occur in science learning outcomes include: 1) student learning outcomes that are still below the minimum standard of completeness, 2) students are less active and responsive, 3) lack of mastery of a concept, 4) lack of student interaction with the environment, real objects, and other concrete things. From these problems, the authors are interested in studying with the title "Application of Student Facilitator and Explaining Models to Improve Science Learning Outcomes of High Grade Students in Elementary Schools in Systematic Review" The research method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method or systematic literature review. In referring to the inclusion criteria 1) electronic based indexed by Google Scholar and Onesearch, 2) Journals published in 2012 – 2022, 3) Natural Science (IPA) lessons, 4) Elementary school students as subjects, 5) Literature discussing about Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE). 6) Accessible and downloadable journals. Based on the results and discussion in the literature review, it can be concluded that Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) can improve science learning outcomes for high school students in elementary schools. The use of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model can create an active learning atmosphere because it makes students the center (Student Center) in the learning process so that students can communicate and understand so that the objectives of student learning outcomes are achieved. The steps for implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining model are as follows: 1) Delivering the learning objectives, 2) demonstrating, 3) creating groups, 4) presenting, 5) providing reinforcement, 6) concluding. The recommendation offered by the author is to use the media assistance "Choose Number" which is used for the learning process is a teaching aid in the form of a box that reads numbers where students are in groups to choose a number box to get material that will be brought by students to discuss.
