Abstract

This research is entitled Institutional Collaboration in Poverty Alleviation in Bekasi Regency. This research was written by Fino Rendy Pratama from Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. finorendy2401@gmail.com. One way to alleviate poverty is by collaborating between government institutions. The research was conducted to find out how collaboration was carried out by the district government institutions Bekasi in an effort to eradicate poverty. The research method used is a qualitative research method. This research uses an instrument in the form of an interview guide with informants including (1) Regional Planning and Development Agency employees; (2) Social Service Employees; (3) Population and Civil Registration Service employees; and (4) Education Service employees in the Bekasi Regency Regional Government. This research uses Gray's collaboration theory using 3 indicators, namely (1) Achievement of client (community) targets; (2) Relationships between organizations; and (3) Organizational Development. The research results obtained are (1) Indicators of achieving client targets have been met with clear goals, strategies and ways to collaborate on poverty alleviation; (2) Indicators of relationships between organizations have not been optimally fulfilled because the system for dividing tasks for each institution is good, but there is still poor communication and sectoral egos between institutions, thus affecting the course of collaboration on poverty alleviation; (3) Organizational development indicators have not been maximally fulfilled because not all institutions carry out regular development to improve the quality of Human Resources on duty. Then there are several obstacles faced in collaboration between institutions in alleviating poverty, including (1) The existence of sectoral egos; and (2) The existing communication is still experiencing problems so it is not optimal. Some of the efforts made include (1) Holding outreach; (2) Involving institutional representatives to participate in an event to become resource persons; and (3). Meet directly with every institution related to the poverty alleviation program. Keywords: Collaboration, Poverty Alleviation
