Abstract

Kholid Ahmad Farizi, 41182911190133. Habituation of Worship in Forming Religious Character of Students at SDIT Al-Ihsan Pebayuran Bekasi. Study Program of Islamic Religious Education. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. 2024 AD/1445 AH. The lack of effort from teachers in supervising the discipline of students in worship has led to a moral and akhlaq crisis in schools. Therefore, this study aims to identify teachers' strategies in shaping religious character through the method of habituation of worship at SDIT Al-Ihsan and to analyze the factors influencing these strategies and their impact on students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that teachers use strategies such as providing motivation, encouraging students, setting examples, and motivating students to shape religious character through habituation of worship. Factors influencing teachers' strategies include students' lack of self-awareness, lack of parental guidance, and lack of habituation in worship. Despite these challenges, teachers succeeded in building students' interest in performing habituation. The impact of these strategies is the increase in students' religious character through habituation of worship activities at school. This study contributes to understanding the habituation of worship strategies in shaping students' religious character in schools.
