Abstract

Nova Septiani Ningrat (41183403200012) The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Carbon Disclosure, Environmental Performance and Good Corporate Governance on Company Value XIII+ 93 Pages + 15 TABEL +1 GAMBAR + 2024 + 14 lampiran Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Carbon Disclosure, Environmental Performance, Good Corporate Governance, Company Value This research aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility, carbon disclosure, environmental performance and good corporate governance on company value. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports. The analytical method used in this research consists of model selection estimation, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumptions, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the E-Views 12 software application. The number of samples in this research was 52 samples over 4 years out of 13 basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2023 period. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a negative effect on company value, carbon disclosure (CD) has a positive effect on company value, environmental performance has no effect on company value, and good corporate governance has a negative effect on company value.
