Abstract

Nia Ingkasari. 41182911190018. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RESITATION METHOD TO INCREASE LEARNING OUTCOMES IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (Study of Class XI Students at SMAN 6 Tambun Selatan). Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University 45 Bekasi, (1445/2024). (94 Pages + 34 Pages). This research was conducted with the aim of; 1) describe how the implementation of the recitation method improves Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for class while the subjects in the research were class XI students for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Observations were carried out to collect data and see the research targets, the interview method was carried out to obtain information so that we could find out the implementation of the recitation method to improve PAI learning outcomes, and to find out what the advantages and disadvantages of using the recitation method were. Meanwhile, documentation to be able to collect physical data at SMAN 6 Tambun Selatan in the form of school profile, facilities and infrastructure, number of students, vision and mission. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out by the author, it can be concluded that implementation can improve student learning outcomes, where there is a change in the average value obtained from the results of the pre-test (before the recitation method was carried out) and the post test value (after the recitation method was carried out). The average score for class XI students was 76.51. Meanwhile, after using the recitation method, the learning outcomes for class Increasing learning outcomes from cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects has a good impact. Cognitively, the individual recitation method can increase students' knowledge. The knowledge in question is in the form of understanding, evaluating, distinguishing, remembering as well as reading and memorizing. Affectively, the individual recitation method can improve student attitudes. The attitude referred to is responsibility, enthusiasm for learning and independence. The recitation method also improves students' motor skills. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of the recitation method in PAI learning are: students are difficult to control so there are still many students who copy their friends' results.
