Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price, service quality and Grab Bike promotion on customer satisfaction in Bekasi City. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this research are customers who have used the Grab Bike transportation service in Bekasi City more than once. The sampling technique used in this research used purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The primary data in this research is by distributing questionnaires to customers who have used the Grab bike transportation service, then processing it using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 24. The results of this research show that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (B₁ = 0.260; t count 3.126; sig 0.002). Service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction (B₂ = 0.013; t count 0.213 sig 0.823). Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (B3 = 0.286; t count 3.501; sig 0.001). Obtained Fcount of 28.306 sig 0.000 where 46.9% of Grab Bike customer satisfaction is influenced by price, service quality and promotion variables while the rest is influenced by factors not examined in the research.
