Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of internal communication and emotional intelligence on the work ethic of PT Global Dimensi Metalindo employees. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was employees of PT Global Dimensi Metalindo with a total sample of 72 employees and the sampling technique used was Random Cluster Sampling. This research uses primary data in the form of quantitative data which is collected through questionnaires and then processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 25. The results of this research show that internal communication has a significant positive effect on work ethic (β1 = 1.075; t-count 3.574; sig 0.001). Meanwhile, emotional intelligence does not have a significant positive effect on work ethic (β2 = 0.277; t-count 1.434; sig 0.156). The proposed regression model is feasible or fit (F-count 24.982; sig 0.000) where 40.3% of the work ethic of PT Global Dimensi Metalindo employees is influenced by internal communication and emotional intelligence variables, while the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other factors. not included in the research model.
