Abstract

Ewa Hilal Kamaluddin, Student ID 41182191170085. This thesis is entitled "Development of Basic Blocking Goalkeeper Techniques Training Model for Beginner Futsal Athletes". The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The validity test of the basic blocking goalkeeper technique training model for beginner athletes was conducted by 3 experts, namely 1 expert in futsal coaching, 1 expert in futsal goalkeeper coaching, and 1 expert in motoric motion analysis. The results showed that the basic blocking goalkeeper technique training model for beginner futsal athletes is suitable to be applied on the field to serve as a reference for coaches. This is indicated by several assessments conducted by futsal goalkeeper experts, futsal coaching experts, and motoric motion analysis experts. The final assessment result by futsal goalkeeper experts showed that the basic blocking goalkeeper technique training model for beginner athletes is deemed "Suitable for Implementation". The assessment result from futsal coaching experts scored 90% and was declared "Suitable for Implementation". Keywords: Basic technique, Blocking, Goalkeeper, Futsal.
