Abstract
The use and use of composite materials continues to grow as they use it.Compositeshavevirtuessuchasstrength,light,corrosionresistance,andeconomic.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of hot composite time on SBRandldpematrixcomposites,particularlyonimpactvaluesandphysicalcharacteristics. In the study, the rubber sytrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and lowdensity polyethylene (ldpe) are recycled to harness its potential. Powder methodsare used to create composites using basic plastic and rubber materials. Both therupiah and the rupiah were still under a positive position, he said. The variation ofhot kompaksi time is 7, 10, and 13 minutes. Analysis shows that optimum hotcomomic time to achieve the best composite properties is 10 minutes, with a valueof 0,384 joule/m2impak, 0.84 density, water absorption below 6%, and a thickdevelopmentbelow 12%,according toJISA5908-2003 standards.
