Abstract
This study was structured aiming to find out the process and implementation of the entrepreneur practice program with the CIPP evaluation model. This program is included in the learning of students to grow and improve entrepreneurial spirit and skills in students of Pesantren Tahfidz dan Entrepreneur Thursina Yayasan Baitul Mal Perusahaan Listrik Negara, Cisarua Kabupaten Bogor. This type of research used by researchers in its preparation using qualitative research. This qualitative research is related to the research process and understanding based on a methodology that investigates social events and human problems or uses a phenomenological approach. In this study, data sources were taken from observations, interviews and documentation from parties related to this research. Milles and hubermen data analysis techniques in Sugiyono. Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validity with triangulation. The result showed Entrepreneurial Practice Program at Pesantren Tahfidz dan Entrepreneur Thursina Yayasan Baitul Mal Perusahaan Listrik Negara, Cisarua Kabupaten Bogor, has been running in line with the program planning objectives. The interests and talents of the students are very important in the success of the program, because there are still students who become obstacles to the running of the program because they do not have a strong interest in the program. Entrepreneurial Practice Program to have a target goal of producing graduates who have broad entrepreneurial insights. Therefore, there must be a breakthrough in the entrepreneur practice model that is easy and deep, adapted to the students' interests in the Entrepreneurial Practice program and supported by facilities and materials that are practical and easy to practice. .
