Abstract
ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF TEACHER SUSTAINABLE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR INCREASING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AT SMPIT AL IMAROH KEC. CIKARANG WEST-BEKASI AHMAD JAELANI Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program So far the implementation of research and PKB at SMPIT Al'Imaroh has not received a good response in its implementation. Teachers at SMPIT Al'Imaroh are still not optimal in carrying out research, self-development, creating innovative works, and carrying out scientific publications. This will eventually reduce the quality of schools which will result in a decrease in the quality of education. Meanwhile, it can be seen that quality human resources can only be formed through an education system designed by professional and quality teachers. Evaluation in the reaction stage shows that the teacher is very satisfied with the activity. Notes that need to be considered are the completeness of the training materials/modules for participants and re-checking the flashdisc function. Evaluation at the learning stage shows that the teacher is very enthusiastic in following the activity process. Assessment of attitude (behavior, discipline, attendance, initiative, cooperation, participation and responsibility), knowledge and skills are satisfactory. Evaluation at the behavior stage shows that the teacher has experienced a change in behavior. Discipline of attendance, dress appearance, independence, service to students, attitudes in team or group work and speed and accuracy in completing assignments, all of which have changed for the better. Discipline of teacher presence, there are still delays in attending because the distance between home and school is too far. But in general, post-activity provides a change in behavior for teachers who have participated in the activity to change the behavior of participants for the better. Evaluation at the impact stage shows a change in performance. Teachers have disseminated the knowledge they have received, so that their knowledge is getting better. Not only the teacher himself but also his colleagues. The big contribution of the teacher to the progress of the school has a very big influence in improving student learning outcomes which has quite a very good impact.
