Abstract
This study aims to find out the procedures for carrying out Home Ownership iB financing and find out what types of risks are carried out by Bank KB Bukopin Syariah in Home Ownership iB products. This research method uses a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research data includes primary data and secondary data. Data obtained and collected by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis methods, using three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions whose activities are in the form of interactions with data collection as a cyclical process between these stages. The research results from the Risk Management of Home Ownership iB Products at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah identified several risks and their characteristics and mitigation efforts so that risks can be managed and minimize losses.
