Abstract

Technological advances have made changes to the community's economy, especially in the form of digital services in an application. The existence of digital services that can be accessed via smartphones anytime and anywhere makes it easier for consumers to make buying and selling transactions with MSME businesses. The MSME players in Bekasi Regency who utilize digital technology to support their businesses are MSMEs Kopi Rindu, Cendolan, Aigoo Food, Waroeng Dikot and Zigaz Coffee House. This study aims to determine MSME services to consumers in the digital era and the management of digital media by MSMEs. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study explain that the five MSME actors pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers by determining the appropriate target. UMKM services to consumers are carried out when consumers order to the location directly, order via social media, and delivery service applications. MSME actors also manage information related to their business through social media, delivery applications, and receive criticism and suggestions through digital media. Payment using electronic money is also provided by MSME players to facilitate consumers in the digital era. The benefits of digital MSME ordering and payment services are that buying and selling transactions become more practical and faster, minimize the risk of theft, and ease of incoming funds.
