Abstract

CV Broneo Indo Jaya has not been able to determine the amount of monthly stock that must be provided. The purpose of this research is to determine production capacity planning so as to maximize profits. This study uses the Linear Programming method with the help of QM for Windows. The results of the calculation by formulating the objective function and the limit function of production results in 2022, show that the production capacity planning planned by CV Broneo Indo Jaya in 2022 is not optimal, because using the Linear Programming method the production capacity planning is more optimal. A more optimal production capacity using the Linear Programming method results in greater profits, with a difference of up to 5.5% of the company's real profits.
