Abstract

ABSTRAK Nurhayati (41183403160059) The Influence of Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions and Public Service Accountability on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance Xiv + 86 pages + 15 tables + 1 figure + 16 attachments Keywords: Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, Accountability of Public Services, Compliance of Motorized Vehicle Taxpayers SAMSAT Bekasi City 2019-2022. The study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, tax sanctions and public service accountability on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The research method uses Accidental Sampling, Purposive Sampling and SPSS. The population used is the SAMSAT of Bekasi City for 2019-2022. The sample is 71 data with purposive sampling technique. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. In general, it can be concluded that Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, Public Service Accountability have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance with SAMSAT Bekasi City.
