Rizki Nugraha 41182191190140: "Efforts to Improve Service Results for Volleyball Through Discovery Learning Method Class IX-1 at SMPN 234 Jakarta" Thesis Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in serving results for volleyball through the Discovery Learning Class IX-1 method at SMPN 234 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study uses Class Action Research (PTK). This research was conducted for 2 cycles . each cycle consists of 2 lessons with a time allocation of 6 x 35 minutes. As for the stages carried out by researchers in the class action assessment cycle in accordance with the stages of class action research. After carrying out Class Action Research (PTK) with two cycles and carrying out analysis, it can be concluded that the improvement in volleyball service results with the Discovery Learning learning method is marked by an increase in the average value as follows: During the pre-cycle the average value of students in pre-cycle activities was 52,8 with a completeness percentage of 12,5%.During the implementation of cycle I, the average score of students in cycle I was 65.5 and the percentage of completeness was 30%. However, this increase still has not reached the desired target before.During the implementation of cycle II, the average service value for volleyball students increased by 75.5 with a completeness percentage of 70%.
