Abstract

The widespread growth of the internet and the proliferation of streaming applications have led a wide variety of internet service providers to focus on the design and development of architectures and protocols that will ensure a high level of service quality. With the development of the internet, all needs and needs that use internet access are required to be fast-paced This study aims to measure the comparison of the quality of Telkomsel and Indosat cellular data network services at Green Rahayu 2 Housing, Setu, Bekasi by using Quality Of Service (QoS) parameters to produce information in the form of Troughput, Packet Loss, Delay, and Jitter. In making this measurement using the Wireshark tools application to obtain QoS parameters. From the results of the data obtained by looking at the parameter index using the TIPHON standard, both networks are categorized as satisfactory.
