Abstract

Population administration services in Bekasi Regency are still in the online-based adjustment stage, where population administration services by utilizing the Google Forms feature and WhatsApp messages which both features have the opportunity to be underserved by requests for population administration services caused by the buildup of service queues. According to research conducted by Sukarno entitled Stuttering of post-pandemic e-government implementation in Bekasi Regency, it shows that 75% of community population administration services are not fulfilled, the cause of which is infrastructure obstacles in Bekasi Regency. Therefore, based on the BPS survey results in 2021, the population of Bekasi Regency range age 20-24 reached 4.1 million people, so that if population administration system services continue to be carried out without utilizing population administration service applications, the chances of a buildup of queues for population administration services are even greater. Referring to the object of the problem, one solution that can be used is to utilize RFID embedded in the Electronic ID Card. The use of RFID on E-KTP requires a system consisting of 2 parts, namely an RFID reader and a service website interface that has been connected to a distributed database. The results of the thesis research concluded that the performance level of the E-KTP reader device is able to read and write electronic ID card data on a distributed database.
