Abstract

At this time technological developments never escape from our daily lives. Because there is no doubt that technology is one of the things that everyone consumes or needs in various activities. This increase in human activity is what causes air pollution. Therefore, a tool was made as a need for monitoring air temperature and humidity that can be accessed and monitored online. This tool is designed using NODEMCU ESP8266 as the main device and controller on the tool, the DHT22 sensor is in charge and functions as a temperature and humidity detector in the room and the Blynk platform as an IoT service server for the tool created. Display results from the air temperature and humidity detector will be displayed and sent on the Blynk platform both through the android application and web browser. The results of the time comparison read on NodeMCU ESP8266 with the time sent on the Blynkse platform have an average time difference of 1.3 seconds after testing 6 times at different times and 3 different places.
