Abstract
Lifestyle changes that affect people's consumption patterns, one of which is consuming tea drinks. The tea lifestyle is quite widely applied by the people of Indonesia in addition to aiming to awaken the freshness and health of the body by consuming tea. This study aims to determine: (1) Characteristics of consumers of Harum Pucuk Tea; (2) consumer attitudes towards purchasing Harum Pucuk Tea products; and (3) consumer satisfaction with the product of Teh Pucuk Harum. This study uses survey methods and the data analysis tools used are descriptive analysis, multi-attribute fishbein analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the consumers of Pucuk Harum Tea can be concluded that there are more women than men, the age of most consumers is at the age of 21-25 years with the vulnerable consumption of Pucuk Harum Tea once a week. Consumer attitudes show a positive attitude towards the product attributes of Teh Pucuk Harum. Consumer satisfaction Teh Pucuk Harum has a very positive level of satisfaction, meaning that the assessment of consumer satisfaction with product attributes is very good.
