Abstract

Yudha Januar Darmawan Putra. This thesis is entitled "The Effect of Zig-zag Run Exercise on the Agility of Beginner Athletes in Sumur Batu SSB Soccer". Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, "45" Bekasi Islamic University. This study aims to determine the effect of Zig-zag Run Exercise on the Agility of Beginner Athletes in the Sumur Batu SSB Football Sport. The method used in this study was an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This population uses Beginner Athletes at Sumur Batu SSB. Sampling used the cluster random sampling technique, with this technique the number of samples obtained was 15 SSB well stone athletes. From the results of the data obtained from the results of the agility test using the agility t-test. Shows an average pretest result of 7.46 and a post test result of 6.50 and the difference in test results is 0.96. This study has the conclusion that based on data processing analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Zig-zag Run Exercise on the agility of Sumur Batu SSB Beginner Athletes.
