Abstract

The development of Career Adaptability skills is one of the important factors influencing the success of the younger generation. Phenomena such as globalization, internationalization, and rapid technological advances greatly affect people's lives such as the way they find and do work. This puts pressure on Final Students who are preparing for their future careers. The purpose of this study is to describe matters relating to the Career Adaptability of Final Students at the Islamic University 45 Bekasi. The data in this study were obtained using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. In the selection of the subject using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. Respondents in this study were final semester students who were compiling their final project at the Islamic University 45 Bekasi, aged 20-24 years. Collecting research data using the interview method with the type of semi-structured interview. The results of this study indicate that the 5 respondents have all 5 dimensions of career adaptability because they state that a high expectation can encourage their motivation in a career, especially with external encouragement factors such as family or friends around them. Mood also has an impact on career decline when their mood is not good. Therefore, there are several things that encourage and relate to the career adaptability of each individual.
