Abstract
The strategy of the management of the PAC IPNU-IPPNU organization in Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan in Islamic cultural education is a way that is carried out by the management of the PAC IPNU-IPPNU organization in Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan to identify organizational goals, work programs, resources, and how these resources can be used effectively to fulfilling the goals of the IPNU-IPPNU PAC organization in South Bekasi Selatan in Islamic cultural education for youth in South Bekasi Selatan. This research method uses a qualitative approach. To obtain data in data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation, while the technical data analysis is by means of data reduction and presentation. The focus of the research studied was to find out how the organizational strategy of the IPNU-IPPNU PAC of Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan is in Islamic cultural education. The IPNU-IPPNU PAC organization in South Bekasi Selatan is a youth organization whose members are students, students and youth who are under the auspices of the Nahdlatul Ulama. The IPNU-IPPNU PAC organization of Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan was established as a step for the movement and struggle of Islamic youth preaching in Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan which is based on Uḥuwwah Nahḍiyah, Uḥuwwah Islamiyyah, Uḥuwwah Wathaniyah, and Uḥuwwah Basyariah.
