Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain test results whether there are differences in test results from previous studies and whether there is an effect of Liquidity by proxy Current Ratio, Leverage by proxy Debt to Equity Ratio, and Profitability by proxy Net Profit Margin against Financial Distress. The method used in this study is a statistical method with quantitative research. Samples in this study using purposive sampling method with data sources from the consolidated report of infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2021 obtained 180 samples from 45 companies in 4 years then outliers and obtained 106 samples. The data analysis was done with multiple linear regression models and processed with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. The results of this study show that the current ratio has a positive effect on financial distress, debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on financial distress, and net profit margin has a positive effect on financial distress.
