Abstract

The Section 5A Cisumdawu Sumedang Toll Road project, especially the Sta.42+345 Overpass Bridge work, experienced delays starting from the mini pile piling work. This study uses the Earned Value method obtained to determine job performance regarding time and cost. The data used are the master schedule, detailed schedule, weekly project reports to obtain PV (Planned Value) and EV (Earned Value), and interviews to determine factors that can affect time performance. From the analysis, it was found that the Concept Value of Results in the 68th week with a planned cost estimate (BCWS) of Rp. 4,005,050,712,657, the value of completion of work in the field (BCWP) is Rp. 664,738,707.50 and the value of the actual costs that have been issued in the field (ACWP) is Rp. 738,598,563.88 from the value of the three indicators which is greater than the total budget is Rp. 103,865,000,000.00. Judging from the cost variance (CV) the project suffered a loss of -Rp. 73,859,856.39 of the total budget of Rp. 103,865,000,000.00. or 10% of the total budget, represented by the Cost Performance Index (CPI)<1. Meanwhile, from the aspect of the project schedule, there was an increase in time from the planned schedule of 500 days (8 months) to 872 days as indicated by the Time Performance Index (SPI) value, which was <1 meaning that the work was completed longer than the planning schedule.
