Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of satisfaction and organizational commitment on the intention to switch to PT Swapro International. The population in this study are employees at PT Swapro International. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data obtained from questionnaires and using a saturated sample of 74 respondents were tested through validity and reliability tests as well as multiple regression. Test the significance of the regression coefficient using the t test and F test to see the suitability of the model. The results of the study show that the instruments are valid and the data are reliable, meeting the classical assumptions. The results of the model fit test are Fhit = 31,802 with a sig = 0,000 which means that there is a significant simultaneous effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention, so that the regression model is considered feasible. The results of the regression coefficient significance test showed a job satisfaction coefficient of -2.747 with a significance of 0.008 and an organizational commitment coefficient of -3.363 with a significance of 0.002. So it can be stated that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
