Abstract

The use of the Pesantren Learning Environment as a Learning Resource to Increase the Creative Thinking of Students at the Darunnadwah Islamic Boarding School, Cikarang Utara Bekasi. Efdi Islamic religious education master student Email: efdimuhammad 123@gmail.com This study aims to determine and analyze the Role of the use of the pesantren learning environment as a learning resource to increase the creative thinking of students at the Darunnadwah Islamic Boarding School, Cikarang Utara, Bekasi. this type of research is a field research that is descriptive or elaboration using a qualitative approach. Furthermore, the data sources in this study were the head of the boarding school, the care of the students, the board of directors, representatives of the teacher council, and representatives of the male students of the Darunnnadwah Islamic boarding school. Then to collect and process data, the research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study are quite good in the utilization of the pesantren learning environment as a learning resource to increase the creativity of students. This is due to the role of the leadership of the boarding school for students, boarders of boarding schools in utilizing the learning environment in the pesantren, namely by utilizing the physical environment such as dormitories, classrooms, assemblies, fields, language labs and computer labs. while the obstacles in utilizing the pesantren learning environment are inadequate facilities and also the lazy nature that arises from some students and the low interest in learning of students. While the creative thinking of students is creative in memorizing and writing, creative in improving language skills and creative in forming a good social order. keywords: utilization of the pesantren learning environment, learning resources, creative thinking
