Abstract
The road is one of the land transportation infrastructures that plays an important role in supporting the economic growth of a region which is influenced by industrial relations, commodity trade, and various other sectors between regions, where Kabupaten Bekasi is one of the national industrial centers. The high level of mobility greatly affects the damage that occurs on the access road to the Cibitung toll gate. This study aims to analyze the value of pavement conditions using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method and the Asphalt Institute MS-17 method on the access road to the Cibitung toll gate with a segment length of ±2,300 meters. The results of the analysis using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method obtained a condition value on the left lane is 12 (serious) and on the right lane is 13 (serious), the recommendation for maintenance is suitable for reconstruction. The results of the analysis using the Asphalt Institute MS-17 method obtained a scale value on the left lane is 58 and on the right lane is 61, the appropriate maintenance recommendation is to overlay or add additional layers.
