Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the success of the Regional Property Management Information System (SIMDA BMD) in managing regional assets at the Bekasi City BPKAD so as to produce transparent, accountable, efficient, and effective asset administration. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that is relevant to measuring the success of the Regional Property Management Information System (SIMDA BMD) as an effort to optimize the administration of regional assets using Delone & McLean theory. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers at the Bekasi City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in the use of the Regional Property Management Information System (SIMDA BMD) that the quality of the system is flexible because it adapts to government policies, the language is easy to understand. The quality of information can be used as material for consideration of a decision by BPKAD every year. Users find it helpful to have an effective, efficient and easy-to-use system for asset management in the Bekasi City area. In general, it can be concluded that the use of the Regional Property Management Information System (SIMDA BMD) at the Bekasi City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) has been successful in managing the Bekasi City regional assets because it has been effective in its use.
