Supervised by Dr. Hermanto, Drs, M.Pd., MM and Dr. Paulan Haryono, M.Pd. I. Research objectives: 1). To find out the management of moral education and mental development through recitation of children and youth at the Uswatun Hasanah Foundation. 2). To find out the results of the implementation of moral education management and mental development through recitation of children and adolescents at the Uswatun Hasanah Foundation 3). To find out what supporting and inhibiting factors are experienced in the implementation of moral management and mental development through recitation of children and adolescents at the Uswatun Hasanah Foundation. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The location and object of the research used at the Uswatun Hasanah Jatinegara Foundation was carried out at the Uswatun Hasanah Mosque on Jalan. H. Ismail No.14, RT.6/RW.3, Jatinegara, Kec. Cakung, East Jakarta City. The focus of the research is the administrators of the Uswatun Hasanah Jatinegara Foundation and the recitation congregation of 154 people, consisting of 75 men and 79 women from children to teenagers. Sources of data used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method in this research is the Library Research Method, the Observation Method, and the Interview Method. Random sampling is used for this sampling. Data processing method using the Comparative method. The data analysis method in this study uses data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of moral education and mental development through recitation of children and adolescents at the Uswatun Hasanah Jatinegara Cakung Foundation, East Jakarta, was carried out in an integrated manner, namely 1). integrated through study, 2). integrated through Tamrinul Khitobah, and 3). integrated through field practice. This is closely related to foundation management including: 1). Planning stage 2). Stage of organizational structure and division of tasks 3). Implementation stage; 4). and the stage of supervision of moral education and mental development. Keywords: Moral Education Management, Mental Development, Child and Adolescent Recitation
