Abstract

This community service activities begin by providing a pretest for parents and teachers related to early prevention and early handling of accidents to children, then given training related to the same theme to parents, teachers and followed by demonstrations of participants who have received training. Demonstration activities were carried out to assess the transfer of skills from the trainer to the trainees assessed based on the observation sheet. The assessment continues to the provision of a post-test to measure the extent of the increase in participant knowledge. The results found that all 30 participants in both categories were marked by being able to answer all the questionnaire content correctly. There is an increase in the knowledge of parents and teachers from 26.7% to 100% by using the child safety Guide as an educational tool in preventing and managing accidents in children in Aisyiyah II Mamajang kindergarten. There is an increase in skills with an average rating of 90 to teachers and parents of students in the early handling of accidents in Aisyiyah II Mamajang Kindergarten.
